Index Elektro has the vision that quality, short delivery times, flexibility, correct price / quality ratio and safety are paramount. In order to be able to give substance to the second point of this vision, short delivery times, we have arranged a few things.
We have a good stock system, short purchasing channels, but above all a well-stocked warehouse. Of the thousands of products that we sell, most are already in our warehouse. We also have separate parts for many other products so the workshop can have the products ready for shipment within a short period of time.
This also applies to the many customer-specific products. Suppose you want a terminal box with a specific number of cable glands and terminals, possibly supplemented with push buttons and signal LED’s. The materials are there and production can start, so that you can expect your order on short notice.
Webshop orders placed before 3:00 p.m. are shipped the same working day, provided stock suffices.
